Charlotte Sharland
Biography
Charlotte Sharland is a British actress who was born 5 July in North Wales. At age 3 moved to Berkshire with her parents Keeley and Ian Sharland. Charlotte is the youngest of 4, her older siblings being Marie, Alan "Alfonso" and Lee. At aged 11, Charlotte decided she wanted to go into the film and television industry and therefore focused her studies towards that goal, taking Film Studies, Media Studies and Performing Arts A-Levels at Easthampstead Park Community School and passing all of them. Whilst in secondary school she directed her award winning short film "My Story" as part of an anti-bullying campaign.
Charlotte first performed on screen at age 9 in the music video 'Cops & Robbers' by the Hoosiers, alongside her brother Alfonso. She has performed on stage as Madame Thenardier in Artemis Studio's performance of Les Miserables and appeared in professional pantomimes Snow White and Aladdin at the Wilde Theatre, South Hill Park. Charlotte started her performance training with the Wilde Youth Theatre at South Hill Park before going on to train with Artemis Studios and Reading Rep. She has also trained with the Actors Studio, Pinewood, London and recently returned to the UK after a training course with the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles.
At aged 18 Charlotte was chosen as Miss Teen Bracknell 2016/17 as part of the Miss Teen British Isles competition and became a national finalist, launching her modeling career.
In 2018 Charlotte launched the production company Vision Unseen TV with her business partner Cameron Brann. In July 2018 they began shooting their first series 'Hunter', with many more programmes in the works.
