Biography
Arjun Kanungo is a Singer, Composer, Actor and Entrepreneur from Mumbai, India. With several hits and hundreds of million views+streams online, he is one of India's most recognizable Popstars. Starting his Pop career with the breakout hit 'Baaki Baatein Peene Baad' in 2015 with Rapper Badshah, his songs have become a staple for TV, Radio and Digital Media. Since then he has go on to make massive hits like 'Aaya Na Tu', 'Gallan Tipsiyaan' and 'La la la'.
Arjun's first commercial hit came with 'Khoon Choos Le' from the film 'Go Goa Gone' (2013). Since then he has lent his voice to several Bollywood films. His Tamil Debut came with 'Sirrikadhey', composed by Anirudh Ravichander, for the film 'Remo'.
Arjun won the GIMA Award for best Debut in 2015. He was featured in Times of India's 100 most desirable men of 2016 at no. 31 beating huge names like Saif Ali Khan and Arjun Kapoor.
He is a trained actor from the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film institute. His first notable role came in Eros Now's 'Sidehero' in which he plays one of the leads.
He is an 2-time national Gold medal winner in Centre Fire Pistol and a national level Basketball player. He speaks 4 languages - English, Hindi, Marathi and Japanese.
He is the Managing Director of Promethean audio, a chain of recording studios and the Director of Promethean Design, a construction and design firm which specializes in acoustic treatment.
