Zero Waste Eco Festival

Save the Children is organizing Pakistan’s first ever “Zero Waste Eco Festival” to raise awareness amongst the youth about environment related issues. The festival seeks create an immersive experience where children and the youth can come together in nature and partake in sustainable activities and practices that can reduce their ecological footprints. The event will create a marketplace of sustainable products, designs, and ideas, to engage children and the youth in new forms of action and activism that can generate effective responses to ecological challenges.
The festival will bring together companies working on sustainable technology; organic and local farmers working with sustainable practices; and members from the civil society and academia that can stimulate dialogue and debate about the environment. Children will be able to enjoy live music, interactive workshops, climate charged discussions, and participate in activities such as waste management, energy production, and environment themed competitions.
The Zero Waste Eco Festival will be held on Saturday, May 14th from 4:00 pm - 9:00pm in F-9 Park.
*Rights of Admission reserved, ticket will be issued after a review of registration
*All children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent, teacher or guardian
