Healing with Singing Bowls

Singing bowls create low frequencies and microtones, the sustain of these vibrations is physical in its essence, the sounds of these bowls carry high vibration which reach deep rooted stress and energy blockages of your body. 

Sound Therapy and Frequency healing is facilitated by Usman Latif, a classical sitar performer who has devoted his life to music, and effects of sounds and sequences. He learnt the soothing effects of singing bowls from a third generation sound healer in Nepal.

Usman conducts group meditations where participants go to a deep state of mind by accessing brainwave frequencies which they don't normally access in their daily life. This access to specific mental frequencies is only possible with a sequence of sounds and vibrations which trigger and resonate with the natural harmony of the body mind and soul.
