Suhaee Abro began training at age seven from the acclaimed Sheema Kermani. Abro specialises in Bharatanatyam and also choreographs and performs in other dance genres. She has been performing since age eight, and has performed in Pakistan, India, China, Nepal, Germany and Italy. She is the dance director of Nritaal, a critically-acclaimed dance and music group. She has also acted in Television for eleven years, and been featured in music videos and documentaries. She has taught dance and movement to children and adults at The Neemtree School of Music, The Second Floor (T2F) and privately, and conducted dance therapy workshops. Abro is the founder, director and producer of the dance festival 'Raqs Mein Hai Sara Jahan - Dancing Away Differences' which has been held in 2013, 2014 and 2016 in Karachi. Currently she is studying contemporary dance at the Nuova Officina Della Danza in Torino, Italy while continuing to perform internationally.
