Hike for Ganga peak starts from the town of Sudhan Gali which is at a height of 2200 meters from sea level. The hike to Ganga offers some very nice views of the valley and meadows. From the peak one can have a 360 degree panoramic view of the whole area. The nearest peak higher from Ganga Peak is called Pir Kanthi, which is at an aerial distance of about 10 km from it. .

BASIC ITINERARY

Friday
-Departure from Lahore at 11:45 PM

Saturday
-Pick members of Islamabad early in the morning from the selective points.
-Arrival at Sudhan Gali,

-Spend Night at Sudhan Gali. BBQ, Bon-Fire and Camping.

Sunday
-Departure for Ganga Peak at 5:30 AM after breakfast
-Summit Ganga Peak till 11:00 AM (INSH-ALLAH)
-Back to Sudhan Gali and drive back to Lahore till late night via Chikar and Muzaffarabad
