This Trip starts and ends from Pizza Hut parking F-10 Markaz Islamabad.

Departure is on 20th June at 7:30 am and arrival is on 26th June at 8:00 pm back to Islamabad.

Driving along the banks of the river Indus onto the legendary Silk route we are simply awed by the grandeur of the landscape. 

On route we witness at Jaglot, the coming together of 3 of the highest mountain ranges of the world…the mighty Himalayas, Karakoram & the Hindukush.

At Thailchi we come face to face with “The killer peak” Nanga Parbat (8125m), 2nd highest mountain peak of Pakistan and the 9th highest peak of the world. 

 

Glowing in the colors of spring, surrounded by majestic snow-clad peaks of Rakaposhi 7788m, Diran 7266m, Ultar 7400m, Golden Peak 7027m, Hunza Valley is a true paradise.

We explore the historical splendors of Altit & Baltit forts, the beautiful bustling narrow lanes of Karimabad, the ancient watchtowers in the heart of Ganish Village and the breathtaking views from Eagles Nest. 

 

As we continue heading further North to the last frontiers, we cross the pristine blue waters of Attabad lake towards Gulmit.

 

We visit the Sacred Rocks at Haldekush, inscribed from as early as the 1st century. In addition to local traditions, they tell of Buddhist pilgrims, kings of the Kushan Empire, a 6th-century Chinese ambassador, 8th-century Tibetan conquerors and even KKH workers.

 

Witness the majestic Passu Cathedral (6,106 m) one of them most picturesque sights of the region on our way to Sost. Sost is the last town in Gojal inside Pakistan on the Karakoram Highway before the Chinese border. A visit to the Highest International Border in the world "Khunjerab Pass'' located in the Khunjerab National Park.

 

All around the mountain views are awesome. You can observe the scenery changing, on distant mountains yaks grazing, and orange colored marmot running around, the clouds seem almost reachable at a distance.

2. 2 weeks or less 30% charges apply.

Please Note: No big suite cases are allowed only hand bag or simple back bags are allowed. Consider carrying your personal medication–as suggested by your doctor. Also keep your original ID card & and a copy.
