Assertiveness Training
Many people have difficulty saying ‘no’ to their boss, their friends, their significant other or their colleagues. Conversely, you might hear people say no often and with a lot of ease but they can’t seem to say it without being aggressive. Assertive communication allows us to strike the balance and escape our deeply imbedded habits of being aggressive, passive or passive aggressive. This interactive workshop will help you identify what your style of communication is at present and based on where you are it will help you understand how to work towards becoming more assertive.
This is a skill that can be useful to anyone in any line of work, it can help you in your professional and personal endeavours.
