Karachi University Pharmacy Science Club presents "World Pharmacists Day'19 - Safe and Effective Medicines for all"

World Pharmacists' Day till date, is the most awaiting day for the Pharmacists worldwide. It marks the opportunity to promote and advocate our roles in safeguarding patients, improving medicines use and reducing its misuse.

This time we aim to highlight and educate the undergraduates for;
- Better implementation of pharmaceutical knowledge 
- Panel discussion on antimicrobial resistance
- Session on genetic diseases and pharmaceutical care / pharmacist 
   as a genetic counsellor
- Advent of community pharmacy as a career choice 
  (Entrepreneurial challenges and business potential)
- Education on diabetes epidemic
- Panel Discussion on complex pharmaceutical generic products / opportunities for pharmacist in medicinal devices (Product development and regulatory challenges)
