Description
Come on over to the library with your little ones as we re-tell timeless Urdu folktales and classics that have delighted young children for years.
Join us for this month’s session, as we read a classic Urdu poem, Bozna aur Phattphatti, with Musharraf Ali Farooqi’s StoryKit team.
This feel-good poem is about a phatphatti (motorcycle) at a circus! Miss Phatpatti is unsure if she'll fit in with the circus folk. She's afraid to perform for an audience but Bozna the monkey encourages her to take the stage - find out what happens next at our storytelling session for children.
Qissa Kahani is a library programme that aims to introduce and reacquaint children to Urdu literature with interactive storytelling sessions of the most celebrated children’s stories.
