ITINERARY:-
Day 01 : Briefing by team leader before commencing our tour 06:00-06:30 am
Day 01 : Leave Islamabad at 06:30 AM strictly 
(Late Comers will lose Deposit as well as Balance Payment as per Refund Policy. See details below in Terms and Conditions) and reach Naran/ Jeep Trekking to Jalkhad 
Day 02 : Jeep Trek to Noori Top and Trek to Noori Lake.
Day 03 : Trek towards Kala Sar Lake and camp midway
Day 04 : Trek to Kala Sar Lake and camp at Ratti Gali Lake
Day 04 : Trek towards Ghattiyan Lake and Camping at the Lake
Day 05 : Trek towards Noori Nar and Camping 
Day 06 : Trek towards Sharda and camping
Day 07 : Public Bus transfer to Muzaffarabad and then to Islamabad
PLEASE CAREFULLY NOTE THAT The itinerary can change before or during the tour due to change of plan or due to unavoidable/unpredictable circumstances.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Before requesting to register for “Kaghan & Neelam Valley Lakes Trekking 2018” with us, we encourage intending participant that he/she should read and understand the following terms and conditions. 
A. PAYMENTS & POLICY
The cost per person is 24,000/- PK Rupees for our “Kaghan & Neelam Valley Lakes Trekking 2017”. The payment should be transferred into the host account (details as given in Registration Request Form). Total payment will be paid in two instalments as follows
1. Deposit Payment (D.P)12,000 PK Rupees
2. Balance Payment (D.P)12,000 PK Rupees 

The Deposit payment of is required at the time of registration and Balance Payment of full payment should be made no later than 30th of May 2018 . Your place on our tour/trekking will not be guaranteed or held unless the deposit is paid. 
Cost Includes:
• Traveling cost from Islamabad-Islamabad
• Road tolls/taxes
• Meals during tour/trek. (Decided by management)
• Sleeping tents 
• Kitchen equipment, fuel and related camping gear.
• Facilities of guide, cooks
• Porter charges for carrying camping gear and cooking utensils. 
• Basic first aid 

Cost Does Not Include: 
• Sleeping bags and personal clothing/equipment.
• Extras e.g. hotel facilities if needed for Lodging/Drinks/Laundry/Ph.calls.
• Insurance liability, medical aid, and helicopter rescue coverage etc.
• Any emergency expenses or any extra expenses due to road blockage etc. 
• Any expense beyond itinerary
• Anything thing other than mentioned above in “Cost Include” area.
B. CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
(a). CANCELLATION BY INTENDING PARTICIPANT:
(1). Refund Policy for Deposit Payment 
--100 % of Deposit Payment (D.P = 12,000 PK Rupees) will be refunded if requested 30 days or more before the event starts
--75% of Deposit Payment will be refunded if requested 20 to 30 days before event start
--50% of Deposit Payment will be refunded if requested 15 to 20 days before the event starts
--25% of Deposit Payment will be refunded if requested 10 to 15 days before the event starts
--There will be no refund of Deposit Payment there after
(2). Refund Policy for Balance Payment (B.P = 12,000 PK Rupees)
--100% of B.P will be refunded if requested before 1st day of travelling.
-- 75% of B.P will be refunded if Participant does not show up on the day of commencing our tour or could not join due to being late.
After commencing trip with us or thereafter, if a participant wants to cancel his/her journey due any reason what so ever,(Inclusive of natural/accidental/) the refund of Balanced Payment will be as follows 
--70% of B.P will be refunded if trip cancelled by participant on 1st day of travelling. 
--50% of B.P will be refunded if trip cancelled by participant on 2nd day of travelling.
--30% of B.P will be refunded if trip cancelled by participant on 3rd day of travelling.

--No part of Balance Payment will be refunded there after

After commencing trip with us, if any participant decides to terminate/ cancel his/her trekking trip due to any reason what so ever, he/she has to make his/her own return arrangements.
Please note that
1:- cancellation and refund requests should be made in writing.
2:- cancellation and refund request will be considered from date of receipt of request by the host of event
3:- refunds will be made as per policy stated above within 30 days of date of receipt of request by the host of event.
(b) CANCELLATION BY HOST:
The hosts of “Kaghan & Neelam Valley Lakes Trekking 2018” reserves the right to cancel trip without prior notice for any reasons deemed appropriate by them. In such a case the registered participants will receive full refund.

Trip’s Alteration or Termination 
During the trip, the itineraries may be affected by reasons beyond control of the hosts. In such event, the hosts have the right to alter my itineraries or cut short the trip. In such an event, the hosts shall not be held liable to refund money.

C. SEAT CHOICE ON COUCH/BUS/VAN/JEEP DURING THE TRIP:
During the trip seat choice will be offered on the basis of drawing names out of the hat by Team Leader.
D. CAMPING:
Our trip is expected to be an adventure trip and we will be camping using tents which will be erected with the help of the participants. All participants are expected to help each other to erect tents and to follow the instructions of Team Leader. It should be noted carefully that we will not use hotels for lodging until and unless we are facing unavoidable circumstances. 

E. DINNING/ COOKING/FOOD PREPERATIONS
We will carry uncooked, semi-cooked food, ready-made tin foods etc. We will try to arrange local guides who may cook for us and participants will be expected to with help preparing and cooking food under the instruction of Team Leader. For dining, we will not use restaurants until and unless we are facing unavoidable circumstances.

F. GENERAL CLEALINESS
Every participant is expected to look after general cleanliness of tents as well as his own crockery. 

G. PORTER/HORSES 
Porters/Horses will be hired to carry common stuff and will not carry any personal stuff of participants.
However every participant has the right to hire personal porter/horse for his/her personal stuff or for himself/herself.

H. CHECK LIST
A “Check List” will be provided (as a guideline) to every participant as the minimal stuff that they may require during the trip but “Check List” should be taken as guideline only. 

I. RISK DISCLOSURE: 
The intending participant should be aware that the mountain trek or traveling in mountain terrain, and in forests, traveling by bus, van, coach, jeep, car, or any other means of transport or any other portion of the tour contains following, but not limited to risks of accident or illness caused by or resulting in the following:
- Accidents or illness in remote regions with little or no medical facilities and/ or without means of speedy communication and/ or evacuation.
- Illness caused by participant’s inherent health condition or natural illness.
- Accidents caused by the forces of nature.
- Accidents caused by participant’s ignorance.
- Accidents caused by reasons beyond control of the host.
