Trekking – K2 Base Camp
Baltoro Glacier – Concordia – Ghondoghoro La
Day 01 Islamabad – Besham – Chilas
Drive to Besham via Abbottabad, Mansehra and Thakot. After lunch at Besham resume drive to Chilas and on arrival transfer to hotel.

Day 02 Chilas to Skardu ( 2300m )
A fascinating drive along the roaring River Indus, we make a lunch stop en route and later reach Skardu and transfer to hotel.

Day 03 Skardu – Askole ( 3060m )
After early breakfast at hotel, we drive to Askoli by jeeps via fertile and picturesque Shigar Valley. We will make a lunch stop en route. At Askole and onwards, our staff would arrange comfortable camping for you with hot meals.

Day 04 Askole – Jhola ( 3175m )
Here starts the great adventure as we start trekking towards Concordia. The initial part of the route is on dry and almost plain ground. We cross the campsite of Korofon near the snout of Biafo Glacier and make brief stop for cold lunch en route. We continue our drive and reach at camp for night stay.

Day 05 Jhola – Paiyu ( 3400m )
Walking through the mountain kingdom as we are trekking through the gorge of lofty peaks on both sides, we reach at campsite, making a lunch break en route.

Day 06 Paiyu ( 3400m ) – Day Free
We spend a free day at Paiyu which helps acclimatize the trekkers as well as this is a traditional halt before start trekking on glacier. Porters make their food for onwards journey and we make a memorable night offering a slaughtered animal.

Day 07 Paiyu – Khoburtse ( 4050m )
We walk towards the snout of Baltoro Glacier and then climb on the glacier to traverse for the campsite on left bank of the glacier. We are surrounded among the peaks, at the back Paiyu Peak, on left distant Trango Group, Uli Biafo, Cathedrals and other peaks etc.

Day 12 Concordia – Ali Camp ( 5050m )
After breakfast at camp, we will start trekking to shift to Ali Camp for overnight stay.

Day 13 Ali Camp – Ghondoghoro La 5650m – Kheuspang ( 5090m )
This is the most challenging day of the program as we will start in late night/early morning for Ghondoghoro La, a pass at 5650m. Our staff will fix ropes on both sides on upper slopes to negotiate with difficult portions, safely. On a clear day, one can find a superb view of K2 and other peaks. We start descending in Hushe valley and camp at Kheuspang.

Day 14 Kheuspang – Dalsangpa ( 4700m )
Its an easy descent and finally we come of the snowy world of glaciers. Dalsangpa is a summer shepherds hut where Hushe valley people come graze their cattle, particularly Yaks.

Day 15 Dalsangpa – Saistcho – Hushe ( 3150m )
We trek to Hushe at the end of the trekking route and at the head of jeep road. Hushe village is green and fertile with superb view of Masherbrum.

Day 16 Hushe – Skardu ( 2300m )
After breakfast, we will drive by jeeps to Skardu and have a night on beds after a long trek. Meals and Dinner & overnight in hotel Mashabrum – Skardu
Day 17 Skardu – Chilas
After breakfast, we will drive back to towards Islamabad and make an overnight stay at Chilas.
Dinner & overnight in hotel Shangrila Midway House – Chilas
Day 18 Chilas – Islamabad
After an early breakfast, we will drive back to Islamabad via Besham & Abbottabad.

Terms & Conditions
• Hotels may be changed, however any change will be on equivalent basis
• Itinerary is subject to change due to weather or other forced majeure
situations the tour guide decision will be final
• The company will not be liable for any damage caused by forced majeure situations
Booking & Cancellation Policy
• 10% advance payment to book the tour
• Rest of the 90% amount payable prior departure from Islamabad
• 10% cancellation charges if tour is cancelled, 7 days prior departure
• 25% cancellation charges if cancelled 24 hours prior departures
• 100% cancellation charges if tour is cancelled on last moment or in case of no show
• There would be no refund for unused services or leaving the tour, once started
