HOW TO GET A STALL??

Kindly send us your business details along with your complete name,address and phone number.

We have 3 categories of stalls...
CAT - A - 6×2 table with 2 chairs ( for standard size rack space additional charges will be applied.)
CAT - B - 4x3 table with 2 chairs. (Limited tables)
CAT - C - Cabin 10×6 with a counter n 2 chairs.( sharing allowed )

Kindly inform us via email in which stall you are interested ......
We will send you invitation along with the prices n bank details.
As per request receive with mentioned category we will finalize it after confirmation of payment according to the category you selected.

Please read the instructions very carefully as most of your queries are answered.......

* Members of ST Women’s Club can avail discount benefits in the upcoming events.
* Payment via bank transfer,Once payment is made, you need to inform us by sending screen shot of payments via email/inbox us on [email protected]
* Stall Location preference will be given to those who book it before 15th August 2018.
Last date for booking stall is 30th August 2018.
After 30th August prices will increase.
* NO booking will be made before cash deposit confirmation received by bank to us.
* Payment is non refundable in case of cancellation of stall nor it will be transfered.
* Only two personals will be allowed (preferred ladies) in each stall.
* Stalls will be given on payment sequence.
* Floor plan will be finalized after booking of all stalls.
* Sharing is allowed in cabins but One must informed the management about the sharing otherwise your stall will be cancelled if it was not in the knowledge of ST Team. 
* ST Women’s club has the right to change the location inside/outside the exhibition area.
* ST Women’s club and hotel management will not take responsibility of sale of products and loss of any item from stall during exhibition.
