Description
Since an early age Saba craved some form of body movement as a form of self expression. Through her elementary years she followed her passion and became a gold medalist gymnast, she carried her dream forward as an aerobics teacher and soon after went on to opening a dance studio. Once she discovered yoga she felt that her soul was home. Having been involved in the fitness industry, for most of her life, Yoga seems to be the most wholesome form of exercise that creates a perfect balance, for her spiritual and psychical health. She chose the Ashtanga Vinyasa style of Yoga, because its movements are the closest to dance and flow, which she enjoys the most.
