Raasti is an internationally certified Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) specialising in ashtanga vinyasa and power yoga. She loves the connection of the mind and movement through yoga and music, and the the ability of the two combined to give people a transformative experience. When Raasti isn’t in the studio doing downward dogs, she’s eating milka chocolate on her couch and watching Netflix with her actual dog.
